your phone is water damaged. the corrosion my not have gotten to your whole phone but its defiantly where the flex-cable of the lcd connects to the board. my recommendation is go on ebay and buy a new lcd with a tool kit. take your phone apart and clean the board with 91% rubbing alcohol using a toothbrush and an air can. Put it back together with the new lcd and you should be all set.
