As a parent (both children also have BlackBerrys), I find the most useful apps are e-mail, SMS, BlackBerry Messenger and the phone. The calendar is very useful for making sure I am where I am supposed to be for soccer games, picking up, the mall, etc.

It's not an iPhone. It's a BlackBerry.
