Well it looks like that's exactly what they've done. It's partly our fault, they put someone in charge of phones who probably shouldn't have been. I wonder if switching them all to BIS now will interrupt their current configuration. I know they are using the BIS portion for their mail now, but would making the switch to only BIS make them have to reconfigure their settings etc?
