Default Email Problem - Cannot replly

I cannot reply to emails. When I receive emails I want to reply to, it says "Received Using: Unknown" and when I reply, it doesn't give me the option to send it, only to save it because it doesn't automatically detect which email address I am using. Is there any way I can change some kind of settings so that my blackberry will detect this on it's own. I am obviously receiving the emails and am able to send emails, so not only do I have connectivity but it seams as though my email works properly, other than said problem. Can anyone help me?
