Hi guys. New tour owner here and I'm curious as to where I find out the date my tour was made. I haven't had trackball issues but my battery door feels like its about to fall off and I've had a few people complain that they can't hear me. I'm wondering if I got a bad batch tour. I'm not even close to my 30 days yet, I've had it less than a week so I'm thinking I should get a replacement.
