I don't know if 185MB is all that much for an entire month's usage of push applications.
I have users with 2 or 3 apps that routinely break 800-900MB in a month, with average email delivery.

We all have unlimited data plans here, so it's usually not any concern for us.
Does your carrier not offer an unlimited plan?
