The new devices have plenty of memory for most users. And keeping your media on a media storage card really helps alleviate the strain of keeping all but a ridiculous number of third-party programs.
If RIM wants to compete directly with the Iphone (ie. storm), then they will have to do something about the memory issue
RIM isn't targeting the business user anymore; it's the individual user now...BIS is about 5x more popular than BES...that is proof enough
