I have a BB curve and it has always connected to my laptop untill i installed sprintview. Now when i plug in the phone to computer useing a USB cable, computer shows "found new hardware" and ask's "locate and install driver software" When i click on that, it ask's to insert CD that came with phone, when thats done, says "no software found"
when i open my desktop manager, shows no device connected.
i uninstalled the sprintview and still have the same problem
Any ideas? Thanks in advance
