ANSWERS:
1. Did the battery pull, not the solution.

2. Generic Data Plan only.

3. Windows XP (2002 w/SP3)
Device Mgr is v5.0
Outlook is 11.0.5510.0

4. It's a direct connect to USB port on computer.
