Yes when I plug the 8310 into the computer it charges the battery however the computer states unrecognized USB device. I am using the latest DM software and the phone has 4.5 OS.

When I plug my other BB 8330 into the same computer using the same USB cable and the same DM software the computer sees it and I can sinc.
