Sounds like you have a bad program installed somewhere. Best to backup, wipe with JL_Commander, and re-install the OS. Only add your aftermarket apps back in one at a time, and wait a day or two before adding a second. Check your memory usage carefully until you have found the offending app, or until they're all re-installed with no memory issue.
