Took mine in to a local Sprint repair facility, I thought they would just replace the screen. Rep told me he's not supposed to and referred me to TEP. So they just sent me a brand new (not refurb!) Tour overnight express. So far, it seems okay (no trackball issues, etc.). I guess that's what I'm paying for... still seemed like a waste.
