I do not have the email polled. I have been a BB user for about 18 mos and this problem started about a month ago. I have not changed my profile on the Webclient (except yesterday when I changed my Handheld Device). I think the problem may have to do with our network but the network guys want to think it is a Blackberry problem. There are only two BB users at our company and we are both experiencing this problem. Another employee uses a Treo and Snapper Mail and he does not have this problem. I know the BB and Treo are very different in the way they process email but I just want to paint as clear of picture of my situation as possible.
