In a timely fashion. The 3 other phones on the account work. My sim/account has not lost service.
It's interesting that you ask this because my wife did lapse on the last bill and the day I noticed the problem, she said that the phones were cut off. I never saw a gap in service and neither did my sister in law (also on the account). Let me be clear though that the problem has continued on for roughly two weeks now, even though I have been using the backup phone without trouble. The issue with the bill was resolved less than 10 minutes after the service was lost on that day.
Is ATT in the business of blocking communication to devices and not just SIM cards/accounts?
