Have owned my Storm 2 for more than a month and same restart symptoms (removing from pocket, shaking, placing it on counter). Got on the phone with Verizon Blackberry customer support and they insist they never heard of anyone having these problems with the Storm 2. Nevertheless, after following their orders to wipe the handheld, it still had restart problems. Since I've owned the Storm 2 for more than 30 days, Verizon is sending me a "Like-New" Refurb. Gee. Hope this works out. |
