I've been seeing them as well for the last 3 weeks and at a rate of about 3 times a week. Just happened for me this morning at home on UMA.

I've got installed:
  • 1 gmail account being pushed
    Google maps 3.2.1
    Google mobile app 3.5.48
    Google voice 0.1.6
