I think I have the same issue as you, everytime I install an application it will NOT show up in the simulator, nor will it run on a real phone (installs correctly though).

Also keep an eye on my thread concerning this issue: Netbeans development and simulator issues.

Are you running 64-bit or 32-bit btw?
