I have a blackberry 8330 working off a BES server & Outlook 2007. When I open an email on my BB it will show in Outlook as having been opened within a few seconds. But if I open the email from outlook it will not show as opened on my BB. I have tried adjusting the reconciliation settings, updating the BB to the latest OS & apps, refreshed the Outlook profile & recreated the Outlook OST file. Still the same issue. Anyone with an idea would be appreciated.
