| | Calendar Entries Stuck in 'Calendar - All' Database

User updated their BB phone OS, performed a sync to Desktop Manager, and it wiped out all their future appointments from Outlook. On the phone, the appointments are there though, all past and future appts.
When you sync to DM, it doesn’t pull them over. I can SEE the items are in a database called “Calendar – All” on the phone, but I can’t get them over to the regular “Calendar” database.

I’ve tried lots of things so far, except wiping & restoring the phone from a backup. Let me know if you have any ideas.
User is NOT on a BES server, but BES server is available for their company. I will try putting them on that server next and seeing if it pulls the entries over wirelessly.
