yes I do. and I have already had a reply from them with a "standard" automated reply. it also suggested using "DataPurge" but this is not even part of version 5!!!!

I am yet to get another reply to my response to this since the last 24/48hrs!

So I have had to completely wipe my handset and start again. reluctant to sync more than once at the moment!!!

any suggestions? apart from give up?
