Are you saying it won't find the cellular network for calls, or that it won't find the data network for BlackBerry data services?

If it won't find the Bell cellular network it may be that you're not in an area with coverage. If that is not the problem, it may not be unlocked.

If you want BlackBerry data services, you have to go to the Bell BIS site and enter your PIN & IMEI to associate the data plan with your particular unit.
