ok, so i've talked with sprint and they've checked the towers and supposedly my software is up-to-date and i've been having this problem since i've basically gotten the phone back in november. could it be the antenna that is broken in the phone? sprint has let me out of my contract if i want to leave, but i really don't want to because they have the best plans. i'm wondering if i upgrade to a different blackberry, if it would be worth or if i'd have the same problems and it's just a sprint issue. any advice cause i'm tired of thinking about it.
