'Failed to customer expectation?' That would be true if I were talking about the customers I personally sold. I'm talking about customers I interact with. You would know this if you had make it about 20% through my post to this sentence:
"I do my best to explain what will happen once the handset's BES-activated to my customers but many of them aren't tech-qualified to really 'get it' or it's already taken place."
