The older accounts are just a week older than the one I setup for myself and I've been over their settings. If they were getting no mail at all or if I didn't see the bis server logging in properly over imap every 15 minutes for each user, I'd be more concerned about those settings.
But, they are logging in correctly and they are not getting a handful of emails out of a hundred or so each day. I just can't wrap my head around it.
Has no one else had similar problems with clients? All 3 email accounts from this one company are having the same problem. Every other client I have with a blackberry isn't having issues.
The only thing that sticks out is we're their new email hoster and they don't want to delete their old account on the bis and put in a new one.
IS there a way to backup the mail from their BB onto the desktop, kill the account on BIS, put a new one in, and then restore the old mail?
