Hello all, first post here!!
I am getting complaints from SMS message recipients (from multiple providers) that all of my messages are coming through as "urgent". The only way I have been able to get around this is by changing the "importance" of each and every message to "low" instead of the default of "normal". Is there a way to change the default to "low", or is there a reason that my normal messages show up as urgent on the recipient end?
