1. select the current OS (it says: preferred option, do not know why)
2. I can indeed select my newest OS 220.127.116.112, but when I go to the next screen shoot, there is nothing to load/upgrade.....
I have entirely removed both OS and desktop manager once, but I still run into this annoying issue. I am lost. Any clue why I cannot load and update my newest OS???
Using uninstall program remove OS 461. Install the 822, delete the vendor file now scroll up and locate the apploader file double click. Installation will start. Please backup first and ensure you have the appropriate OS for 8900. Good Luck Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
