Ditto @ CanuckBB.
When you're RAZR breaks, who do you call? AT&T, Verizon, or Motorola? Of course you don't call Motorola. So, why would RIM be any different. I never understand these statements. No one talks about Motorola, HTC, or any other hardware manufacturer not speaking to their customers on issues regarding their products, but RIM is supposed to. The mobile phone industry has always worked this way, why should it be any different for RIM?
You bought your phone from AT&T, you go to them with the issues when they arise. Why is that concept impossible to understand?
The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits.
When you take things for granted, the things you are granted, get taken.
Even a mosquito doesn't get a pat on the back until it starts to work.
Too many people miss the silver lining because they're expecting gold.
