No device is perfect but BB (before this) did come close for me...

And yes, I have posted on other forums when a smartphone has completely let me down...

I would like to see RIM change this... without support though (and clearly I am not getting any) - it won't happen.

So RIM gets futher and further away from meeting "the consumers" needs. Sad really...
