I've seen some similar threads to this, but my situation is a little different.

I have an 8330 and am not getting sound through the handset during calls, music or media. During a call no voice is carried in the microphone.

I can get sound through a headset. I have run a system test and I actually pass the handset, headset and mic tests.

During a call the speakerphone button does not work. During a call when I hit the menu button I no longer see the "Activate Speakerphone / Activate Handset" Options.

I have removed the battery to reboot multiple times and this does not change my issue.

I believe that the phone is 'stuck' in headset mode, but I don't know how to manually switch it back.
