dude...i dont disaprove of your hobby...i disaprove of your lack of understanding...my post is a serious one even if it seems ranty...i seriously think there is a problem with customer service in this country in general...todays experience with RIM validates it. i have been using BB's and other PDA's for the past 10 years...and i have had the same ears with the same level of sweat...the phone is clearly not built properly...not all Tours...just the lemon I own. Particularly concerning ME being the only one to have this problem...BB should seek to replace it immediately if they believed more in satisfying a customer and less in loopholes!!! Sweaty ears are not the same as the ocean, pool or shower!!!! i am not insane and am not looking for anything other than the recognition that they through horizon sold me a faulty phone!!!!
