I have the same problem with my 8310 Curve. Happened after BES service resent service books. Everything works but I cannot get the address book with the addresses I want and need to sync to Outlook. Thankfully, I have it backed up but I bet they are going to tell me I need to wipe it and start over. Seems ridiculous that it won't sync the correct address book. I think it fails to see it following the new service book update. Let me know if you find a solution and vice versa...
