Exclamation Blackberry Desktop Manager Not Installing

Please Login to Remove!

Whenever i try to download the desktop manager, it always unzips, then asks for language, then this box below comes up and the only option for it is 'ok' then it just closes, i tried rebooting and reinstalling, please help me?
