Default Desktop Manager keeps crashing

Please Login to Remove!

I keep having to uninstall and reinstall Desktop Manager due to program never "initializing" and then "not responding" - problem all this year anytime my computer is turned off or is restarted for another software's update (such as Adobe, Windows, or whatever). Had been using v5.0, tried 6.0 update and it was worse - froze immediately once the device was plugged in to synch. Went back to v5.0 - same problem with PC restarts. This takes an hour to resolve each time ... please help!
