Orange (119) and Vodafone (120) are for the 7200 series and would require net_rim_theme_blackberry.cod in order to be activated, which is why you aren't given the option.

The only 320x240 themes physically available with the Cingular handheld software are Cingular (102), Dimension List, Insight List, Insight Icon, and the default theme.

Rogers' handheld software offers Orange and Vodafone, in addition to the ones listed above. There's no O2 theme offered with either of these packages. You could download and install a 7100 handheld software to your PC and copy the O2 theme from it to your 8700 installation and then do the alterations in the ALX file. The 7100 software from Hong Kong does have listings for the 8700 model theme from O2, both in List and Icon format, but the files are not in that package.
