Hi There!

I am trying to configure the BES Express 5.02 for a client on a SBS 2008 Server. I have completed the install and restarted the server but it won't let me login to the web desktop for some reason. I have the following questions:

1) It won't let me login, I am sure I have the right username and password
2) I have an existing user that was on an earlier version of BES on a server that crashed. Do I need to go through the enterprise activation on her blackberry to get her onto this server?
3) Once she is activated what is the likelyhood that the calendar, and contacts and email's will get duplicated if there is already entries on the BB?

There are two urls, one for admin console and one for web desktop, and I have the web desktop one, but it created a document for the other, and I can't find it.
