Re: Apple stealing RIM employees... I used to run a Domino BES. We moved to Exchange.
With that, a ton of my users ditched BB and got an iPhone for ActiveSync.
Almost all of them have come back to BB.
Why? AS functionality on Exch2k7 blows.
A contact @ MS recently told me to "get some Windows phones in - do you REALLY think we allow full ActiveSync tech on an Apple device?"
I LOL'd @ trying to convince my users to go WinMo.
Right now you could send any sales rep into my Org singing about iPhones, but the AS backend just doesn't meet up to what BES/BB can do.
Now... If ever MS build an ActiveSync system that does everything a BES does and works fully with iOS... THAT is the RIM killer.
MS have most organisational email systems.
Apple have most end user loyalty.
At the moment, they don't play too nicely.
If those 2 hooked up properly, RIM would have a massive struggle.
