I am getting the following error messages - have I missed a crucial and obvious step?

AT+FCLASS=? - COMMAND NOT SUPPORTED
AT#CLS=? - COMMAND NOT SUPPORTED
AT+GCI? - COMMAND NOT SUPPORTED

Forgot to mention - Windows XP SP2 and BB 8700

I performed an uninstall/reinstall of the desktop software too.
