Try this: Get Your Unlocked 9800 Torch Working on TMobile with Browser, UMA and DM Tethering

It will be much the same except to bring up the engineering screen Press alt, Press E

Press alt, Press S

Press alt, Press C

Press alt, Press R.

Use the settings from the Torch Post and follow those instructions.
