If you read the posts and read your own post you will see the answer to your issue
"as per server logs we found blackberry server was using the address
srs.bis.eu.blackberry.com until 13th of Nov after that they have changed the server address to srs.bis7.eu.blackberry.com and users are getting problem."
Your carrier changed the server then the problem started.
you need to call them with this problem.
