This may be a tough problem to solve. The problem is that the SMTP server you are trying to use has rules in place to stop spam from being relayed off of it by outsiders. I think you are going to either have to find an SMTP server that doesn't block it (and I doubt if you will get one from Blackberry since they're not in the isp business) or go to someone who allows authenticated smtp. I user Earthlink for my broadband access at home. At work I am able to connect to Earthlink's authenticated smtp server to send mail since I am an Earthlink customer.
