BlackBerry Manager is a tool used to administer a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
If you are using BlackBerry Manager, then you have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Not entirely sure what that has to do with this forum... but I hope it clarifies things for you a bit.
