Ok, I see the user in question in the sync logs. So sync is occuring, but how do I tell what is syncing? Again I just need to confirm that contacts data was being passed back and forth from Exchange to the phone.
Also, the user informed us that they had been using Google and syncing contacts, so now I am thinking that may have been the cause of the problem. Can I tell from logs if Goggle Sync for contacts were being used by a user?
