Default Need help with Pandora

I've got a new BB Curve 9330. Want to try out Pandora first thing, so I have downloaded the app, signed in and see my page which appears like the computer and offers the button: play music. I click on the Pandora "Play music" button but no sound through my earphones. I'm missing some step in set-up? But what is it? Thanks so much!
