Hi

I have a blackberry 9300. recently i updated to os v6 after installation the touchpad stopped working on the menu screen but is fine everywhere else, I have tried to find info on a hard reset but everything i found was of no use, I decided to downgrade to v5 but it took me ages just to get the phone to appear on my pc and i didnt manage to downgradenow when i look in settings its says v 5.0.0.832 but the touchpad still does not work...any ideas??

I am quite the noob when it comes to blackberrys and phones in general so any help would be gratefully appreciated
