New wrinkle, same issue...
I'm noticing what might appear to be a link between the PIM Sync field clearing and the users current version of LN. We are in the midst of upgrading client versions from LN 7.0.2 to 8.5.1 FP3. I've noticed that all of my users with 8.5.1 FP3 now show this value cleared on the server. However all users who have other versions of lotus notes (8.5.1 base, 7.0.3, 7.0.2) do not have this value cleared. May/may not be related but seems to coincidental to rule out. Going to call RIM and ask, didn't k now if anyone else has experienced this, thanks!
