While RIM has failed to evolve with the smartphone market. Also Apple has made adjustments to its product so that it can fit the business world, but RIM has failed to evolve to the demand of consumers. So i think that Apple devices are stealing the market.
The iPad and iPhone still have a long way to go to be competent business devices. We have a few here. They are fun. But they are no where near as efficient in the enterprise as a BB is at this point in time. Nor are the PIM functions close to being on-par.
