Default Nightmare!

I was a loyal customer of CNN.CN since May of 2009. I have spent over $2000 with them in the past. You would think a customer like me would be cherished and appreciated. Well this is not the case with them. I want to inform everyone who is looking to place an order with them to be cautious and order with this story in mind.
Dealing with them has been a NIGHTMARE.
On Oct. 8th 2010 we put in Order # 169186 for 4 Blackberry Torch 9800 OEM slider flex cables totaling 68.96 after tax and shipping. My employee left out our suite #, although keep in mind we order after logging into our account and have ordered at least 6 times before this order with the correct address information.
Well it took them 3 days to ship the package. We noticed the error within the week and let them know immediately. Steve Chan told us that the package has left but if for any reason it is returned to sender they will add the suite # and send it back out.
Well we track the package at USPS with tracking # RB161377646HK for over two months allowing proper time for them to correct this incase the package was sent back.
We trusted them so much that we even placed two orders totaling over $600 after this matter thinking they would do right by us.
We contacted them after 2 months inquiring about the package with no response.
I contacted USPS and was informed that they could only discuss the matter with the sender. I send CNN.CN at least 4 emails begging of them to simply contact USPS and acknowledge the situation.
Well itís been over 4 months and they have disrespected us greatly without even acknowledging our emails and messages. But guess what, email them about putting in a new order and you will get a response immediately. For a company to betray a customer who has spent over Two Thousand Dollars with them over a $69 order is unprofessional. Not being able to make a ONE phone call to the shipping carrier is a spit in our face.
DO NOT DEAL WITH CNN. There are plenty of Domestic companies that match their prices, have cheaper shipping rates, and better customer service.
