I only tried setting it up through the handset. I did pull the battery and then tried again. In fact I tried for 2 days! This particular user did not have a Blackberry previously so this was a first time set up for her. I did not try another users email. I am the IT Manager and I have not made any changes to the OWA. I will see what happens when I get the new handset in and I will keep you posted.
