Default Re: Problem seeing media card

There seems to be something buggy with the latest Desktop Manager. I get the " not available...unknown error..." with video sync. Pictures and music are fine. Same thing on my other computer, and both running WinXP. Searching I found many others reporting this problem. However, the weird thing is if I run the Documents to Go files app on the computer and close it, then video sync works. If I reboot the computer, I get the error until I run the doc's to go files app. Just an example of my situation to make the point that something is not right with Desktop Manager, for some people, and your problem may not have anything directly to do with you.

At any rate, try this. Do not run Desktop Manager for the moment. Connect your BlackBerry with mass storage mode enabled. Does your computer connect and display the microSD card as a drive? Can you drag and drop files to the card?
