Default Password Keeper; BES and old passwords

Please Login to Remove!

I have had to swap out my 9630 several times. This is no big deal since the company has a BES server. Every time I do this, and when I run Password Keeper for the first time the following message appears ďA password entry created on 9/26/2007 is protected by and old password. Please enter the old password to convert the entry ď. I donít know the password so the entry is deleted. If I reenter the data into Password Keeper, I just loose the data again when I switch the phone, because the same message appears again. My assumption is that this old password is stored somewhere on the BES server. How do I either reset the password or figure out the right answer?
